For members who joined AECoW prior to 2020, it’s that time of year again to renew your membership, as your membership period runs between 1st January - 31st December. You should have received an automated email in December requesting you to pay your subscription. Unfortunately, due to a technical issue, we are aware that some automated emails have not been issued.

If you have not paid your fees for 2022, please log into your member account to complete, and submit, your renewal form, as well as pay your subscription fees (in 'subscriptions' / 'renew'). Membership forms, and payment, must be completed in your account in the Members’ Area, as we now have an automated IT system. If you need to re-set your password, please do so here:

If subscriptions fees are not paid by 31st January, your membership will lapse and you will need to re-apply to become a member.

For members who joined AECoW in 2020/21 (when our IT system changed) you'll receive the same automated renewal email at the end of your 12 month membership period (which commenced when your application was approved). You'll need to complete the renewal process as outlined above, when requested.

After four years of freezing fees, we now need to increase them to better support the work of the Association and to better re-present you, which includes our investment in IT. We hope you’ve also been enjoying our webinars and have been receiving our newsletters, with updates about the work that the Management Committee has been carrying out to deliver our Strategy, to define, and promote, the role of the Environmental Clerks of Works.

Our updated fees are outlined below.

Membership Grade Annual Fee
Full £60
Associate £40
Affiliate £30
Graduate £20
Student Free

Please don't hesitate to get in touch at [email protected] if you have any queries about your membership renewal.
