Natasha joined the AEnvCoW Management Team in November 2025. She brings extensive experience in ecology and environmental management across renewable energy and major infrastructure projects.

After completing a BSc in Wildlife and Practical Conservation and an MSc in Phylogenetics, Natasha began her career with seasonal ECoW roles, gaining early experience in protected species surveys, particularly great crested newts (GCN) and bats. She went on to work on the West Cumbria Pipeline project, overseeing ecological monitoring and regulatory compliance, before specialising in wind farm developments for over seven years, embedding best practice into construction delivery.

Natasha is now Principal Consultant at Naturally Compliant, where she supports clients throughout the project lifecycle, focusing on clear environmental roles, strong site-based support and improved compliance outcomes. Her core interest lies in enhancing construction-phase environmental management to deliver high standards of environmental performance across the sector.
